Rocksteady de primeira com vocal feminino, uma das vozes mais bela da Jamaica. Descoberta por Duke Reid, Phyllis Dillon teve infelizmente uma carreira muito breve, que acabou em 71. 

Gravando apenas uma coletânea e este álbum "One Life To Live" que é do final dos anos 60 lançado pela Treasure Isle. Recomendadíssimo! Álbum perfeito.
